First you select the section you want to sit, then you select the number of seats and the kind of ticket you want to reserve. Click on “add to selection” and it will automatically select the best seats that are available. It is then possible to select other seats by clicking on the seats you prefer.

On Friday 24, Saturday 25, and Sunday January 26, with a ticket for the morning or afternoon program, you can visit the market village afterward, featuring numerous stands, dining options, and the warm-up arena. The seat in the tribune is only available for the time slot for which you have a ticket.

When you have an afternoon- or evening ticket for Friday 24th, Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th, you are allowed to enter the event three hours early and to make use of your seats 20 minutes early.

With a Passe-Partout Dressage ticket you can visit the event on the following days:

The event is very accessible for people with a wheelchair. There are a few wheelchair seats in section G, eventually with a place for an attendant. The attendant needs to get his/her own ticket.

Groups that contain 10 persons or more get 10% group discount. The discount gets charged automatically when you select 10 tickets or more in TicketPoint. Reserving tickets for big groups is also possible via an online form on TicketPoint or by phone via 0900 9000 8000.

The Passe-Partout Dressage tickets are only valid on the following days and hours:

Friday 24-01-2025 | 09.00 – 17.30

Saturday 25-01-2025 | 08.30 – 18.15

The regular Passe-Partout tickets are valid on all days and hours.

Kids who are 4 years or younger can visit the event for free. However, they don’t have the right on their own seat. Kids who are 12 years or younger can order a kid’s ticket.

If you booked the tickets yourself, you can request changes. There are, however, costs (€5,75) associated with adjusting your tickets. You can request changes via a contact form.

It is allowed to make photos during the event. However it is not allowed to use a flashlight, this can scare the horses. Look out for other visitors when taking your photos, it is not allowed to bother them when taking photos.

Please contact us to discuss the possibilities of making videos of the activities inside the arena. Without permission of the organisation it is not allowed to make videos of the event.

Dogs are not allowed on the event.

It is allowed to bring you own food to the event.

It is possible to change your seats to another area. Therefore will be costs at a rate of €5,75. You can contact TicketPoint to change your seats.

It is possible to park your car at the RAI Amsterdam. Parking at the RAI costs €5,50 per hour with a maximum of €33,00 per day. When you  reserve a parking spot via the website of RAI Amsterdam, there will be a affordable day rate of €27,00.

It is possible to leave the event during the event. Pay attention to the following: when leaving the event, you must scan your ticket. When re-entering the event, you need to scan your ticket again.

If there are still tickets available, it is possible to buy tickets at the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
